If you need to reschedule an appointment, it must be with a 48-hour advance notice. If you give less than a 48-hour notice, you forfeit the deposit for the appointment. If you must cancel a reading for any reason, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not show up for an in-person or do not call at your scheduled reading time, your credit card will be charged for the full fee for the hour reading, and there will not be a reimbursement.
